Prices are steady. The undertone is steady to weak. The Southeast shell egg
inventory is up 5.9 percents compared to last week. Retail and foodservice
demand remains moderate to instances fairly good . Offerings are mostly
light. Supplies are light to moderate. Market activity is moderate. Eastern
Region breaking stock offerings remain light. Supplies are light to
moderate. Breaking schedules are returning to normal. Light type fowl
demand is light to moderate. Offerings remain moderate to heavy. Processing
schedules are reduced.
